Thanks for visiting Designs By Nanci.  We are a mother - daughter web design team combining our skills and talents to create user-centric design with speed and beauty beyond the ordinary. My name is Nanci Hamilton-Hoffman ~ the mother half of the team.  I have been an elementary teacher since 1966.  As well as creating websites for schools and small businesses I teach html to my school kids who design their own class website each year.  My name is Nancy Shelton ~ the daughter half of the team.  I received my Webmaster Certification in 1999.   I also have received certificates from workshops in Advanced PhotoShop 5.5 and 6.0 classes and a US Section 508 Awareness Course.  Currently my full time job is a web administrator position with an agency for the State of Florida.  On my own time I create web sites for individuals and small businesses.
